Natural yoghurt, beetroot, mixed berries, smoothie bowl topped with quinoa puffs, oats and fresh fruit


  • Natural yoghurt
  • 1 small Beetroot part boiled
  • Frozen mix berries
  • Rolled Oats
  • Seeds


  • 1. place frozen fruit, beetroot, yoghurt, in a blender and blitz until smooth
    2. Transfer smoothie mix to a serving bowl then top with quinoa puff, rolled oats, seeds and fresh fruit. serve immediately
